CHOIR

St. Edward’s is blessed with an excellent Organist and Music Director in Mr. Dan Kahlenberg.

ST. MARGARET’S GUILD
St. Margaret’s Guild is comprised of all the ladies of the parish and meets monthly. Members arrange all special social events in the parish - Easter Brunch, receptions after ordinations, meals for meetings, Annual Meeting Dinner, Patronal celebration & Coffee Hours that follow the Sunday Masses. The may also on occasion organize fund raisers for the benefit of the parish. The ladies have recently undertaken to help the needy at Christmas through existing charities in the area.

KNIGHTS OF KING CHARLES THE MARTYR
The Knights of King Charles includes all the men of the parish. Members assist the ladies in serving meals, preparing food for one of the Quiet Days each year, and doing minor but necessary chores around the building. The group meets monthly, on the same evening as St. Margaret’s Guild.

CHURCH SCHOOL (Sunday School Classes for Children and Adults)
Church Schools is for both adults and children and is held each Sunday between the two services. The Adult Class is taught by one of the clergy. The subjects may include topics such as an explanation of the vestments worn by the priest during service, a look at one period in the history of the Church, how to have a holy Lent, or one particular Apostle. Three ladies of the Parish take turns conducting classes for the children. During these classes the children learn the Lord’s Prayer, the Creed, the Ten Commandments and other pertinent subjects as appropriate to their age and level of knowledge of the Church.

OTHER CLASSES
Other classes are held on weekday evening with topics chosen from questions asked by parishioners. Confirmation classes are available as the need arises.
